Once the item is received, Oak For Less® will determine whether the issue requires repair or return/exchange. If there is damage noted, it is covered under our Warranty - but it is the responsibility of the Customer to transport items to the store for any repairs or return/exchange. The Customer has 48 hours from pick-up or delivery to inform Oak For Less® of any damage (delivery-caused or manufacturer-defect) so that we may arrange for repair or exchange with the manufacturer. The original box and packing are required for any exchange. Please keep the original box and packing materials for your item until you determine it is undamaged.

Items boxed by the manufacturer are inspected at the manufacturer prior to being placed in the carton. Items that were shipped blanket-wrapped for pick-up at our stores are always inspected for damage. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they understand that delays are possible in production and/or shipping.

The situation is constantly changing so we will update customers on ETAs as best we can. We give our best estimate of production times but we are not responsible for delays in production nor delivery caused by government restrictions and mandates that are beyond our control. A few builders offer expediting for an extra charge.ĭue to current government COVID-19 restrictions which vary by state, various builders have had to close their workshops temporarily, so production times may be delayed for some of our builders, as well as our shippers. Update 12/2021: due to materials shortages and shipper delays, some of our builders have had to lengthen their lead times. If your delivery location is outside of Arizona please add at least 2 weeks extra to these estimates to allow for the shipper's scheduling and routing delivery arrangements.

Please remember this is an ESTIMATE and many factors can affect it. So item FD-3051T has a production time of 10 - 12 weeks. On our list below, FD- items have a production time of 10 - 12 weeks.
